Brief:
Requesting to amend Article 5 to allow the inclusion of new structures as part of the adaptive reuse of an existing industrial, commercial, or institutional structure within a planned development, and to make recommendations for any other amendments deemed necessary. The proposed text amendment would apply citywide. The recommendation of the City Planning Commission being "FOR APPROVAL".
