AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE CALENDAR NO. 35,583 - BY: COUNCILMEMBERS MORRELL AND HARRIS (BY REQUEST)
Brief:
An amendment to Ordinance Cal. No. 35,583 to add clarifying language relative to the roll forward of certain millages; to correctly reflect the rolled forward millage rate in Section 5 as 6.309 mills; to remove references to millages not being rolled forward, and to clarify that the provisions of Ordinance No. Cal. No. 35,582 not superseded by this ordinance remain effective.
