Brief:
An Ordinance to authorize the Mayor of the City of New Orleans to enter into a Grant Agreement between the City of New Orleans (the “City”), and the United States Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration (“USDOT-FHWA”), Office of Safety for funding of the New Orleans Roadway Lighting Safety Supplemental Plan through the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Grants, as more fully set forth in the Grant Agreement and made a part hereof; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
