Brief:
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of New Orleans to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the City of New Orleans (the “City”) and the Louisiana Public Health Institute (the “LPHI”), for a term greater than one year, for the public purpose of expanding access to critical safety net programs for residents of New Orleans by creating an Enrollment and Benefits Access Coordinator (“Coordinator”) position within the New Orleans Department of Health and Human Services (“NOHHS”), as more fully detailed in the Cooperative Endeavor Agreement Exhibit “A”; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
