Brief:
An Ordinance to authorize the Mayor of the City of New Orleans to enter into a cooperative endeavor agreement with the Parish of Jefferson, the State of Louisiana, the New Orleans Municipal Yacht Harbor Management Corporation, the New Orleans Building Corporation, and the East Bank Consolidated Special Service Fire Protection District of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana for development of a parcel of land owned by the State of Louisiana in West End that is generally bounded by Lake Pontchartrain, West Roadway and property of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (the "Project Site") through a request for proposals; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
