1. Safety & Permits Proposed Rules-Council Consent Agenda Item #6-1.08.26. This communication appeared on the Council's Consent Agenda at the meeting on Thursday, January 8, 2026. The "public comment" is in response to these proposed regulations.
2. Comments in Response to DSP Proposed Regulations--Temporary ABO Permits & Occup Licenses 11.14.25 V5. This document represents comments to the regulations proposed by the Department of Safety & Permits (attachment #1 above) being submitted by the French Quater Business League (FQBL), the Louisiana Restaurant Association (LRA) and New Orleans & Company.
