Brief:
Resolution stating that Resolution No. R-25-665 is hereby amended to substitute the official ballot proposition language that appears in Section 1 on pages 2-3 of the Resolution and on pages A-1 and A-2 of the Notice of Election as an exhibit thereto with the following to clarify the Council’s intent that a portion of the monies collected shall be remitted to certain state and statewide retirement systems for the GARDEN DISTRICT’S SECURITY DISTRICT PROPOSITION.
