Recognizing James Mayes, Founder of the EMLINE Foundation and Creative Director of EMLINE, for his visionary leadership and commitment to expanding opportunities for young creatives through fashion, entrepreneurship, and workforce development. The New Orleans City Council will also recognize the inaugural cohort of the Designer Kids 2 LA Fellowship, honoring eight outstanding student fashion designers and creative entrepreneurs for their achievements in design, brand development, and innovation.
