Submitting for Council approval, the following amendment(s) to the Civil Service Rules (Chief Administrative Office), (Rule IV, Section 2.5 (Merit Pay) as adopted by the Civil Service Commission at its July 21, 2026 meeting, in accordance with Article X, Section 10 of the Constitution of Louisiana is approved to be effective September 6, 2026.
