Brief:
An Ordinance to authorize the Mayor of the City of New Orleans to enter into an Amendment to the Subrecipient Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice Coordination and Arts Council of New Orleans to continue implementation of the “Young Artist Movement (YAM) Juvenile Diversion Program,” and to extend the Subrecipient’s term for one (1) year and sixteen (16) days as more fully set forth in the form as Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
