THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE ABOVE ORDINANCE VETOED BY THE MAYOR WAS  RETURNED TO THE CLERK OF COUNCIL AND AT THE COUNCIL’S NEXT REGULAR  MEETING OF DECEMBER 18, 2025, THE COUNCIL VOTED 7 YEAS AND 0 NAYS TO  OVERRULE THE MAYOR’S VETO.
