Brief:
An Ordinance to amend and reordain Ordinance No. 30,396 MC.S., regarding energy benchmarking for nonresidential and multi-family buildings pursuant to Article XIV of Chapter 26 of the Code of the City of New Orleans, to extend the effective date thereof for certain covered properties; to expand the application of the effective date to additional covered properties; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
