Brief:
An Ordinance revoking the dedication to public use and authorizing the sale at public auction for a minimum price to be set by appraisal of certain portions of ground, together with all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the First Municipal District of the City of New Orleans, Orleans Parish, Louisiana, being a portion of John Churchill Chase Street between Squares 25 and 26, bounded by South Peters Street and Convention Center Boulevard (the "JCC Street Parcel"), and a portion of Square 26 (the "Square 26 Strip"), all as shown on a survey, drawing number M-247, by the office of Gandolfo Kuhn, LLC dated November 10, 2025, revised December 11, 2025, and more particularly described below (collectively, the "Property"), which are no longer needed for public purposes; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
