Brief:
An Ordinance to authorize the Mayor of the City of New Orleans to enter into Amendment No. 1 to an existing Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the City of New Orleans (the "City") and the Sankofa Community Development Corporation (K21-703) to accomplish the valuable public purpose of improving drainage systems and increasing water runoff storage capacity in the Lower Ninth Ward by storing stormwater overflow and reducing land subsidence through a green infrastructure project.
