Brief:
An Ordinance to amend and reordain Article 19 of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No. 4264 M.C.S., as amended by Ordinance No. 26,413 M.C.S. and subsequent amendments) to create a new Interim Zoning District to be named the Data Center Interim Zoning District, the intent of which is prohibit the issuance of an occupational license or otherwise permit the operation of data centers citywide; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
