Brief:
An Ordinance to reform and provide for the sustainability of the city’s sanitation services by amending and reordaining Sections 138-57, 138-58, 138-59, 138-61, and 138-63 of the Code of the City of New Orleans to amend the city’s sanitation fees and provide relative to the scope thereof; to expressly authorize initiatives intended to augment services by providing for periodic no-cost access to city transfer stations; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
