Brief:
Directing and instructing the Council's Fiscal Officer to identify a qualified accounting firm willing and able to perform the FY 2025 Single Audit, and the Council President is directed and authorized to execute an emergency professional services agreement for a term of up to one year to provide the foregoing services for a maximum compensation of up to $147,000.
