Brief:
Formally recognizing the City of New Orleans Safety Action Plan as the City’s guiding framework for reducing and eliminating traffic-related fatalities and serious injuries, and affirming its commitment to the Safe System Approach, recognizing that responsibility for safety is shared and that proactive, systemic solutions are required to protect human life.
