Brief:
An Ordinance relative to the levy of ad valorem taxes upon the assessed value of all property, real, personal, and mixed, subject to taxation in the City of New Orleans and relative to the levy of ad valorem taxes on property located in special development and security districts in the City of New Orleans for the year 2026, to levy millage rates for the year 2026, and to reallocate the tax receipts for a state millage; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
