Title: CAL. NO. 35,200 - BY: COUNCILMEMBER GREEN (BY REQUEST) Brief: An Ordinance to authorize the Mayor of the City of New Orleans to enter into Amendment No. 6 to a previously executed Cooperative Endeavor Agreement (“CEA”) between the City of New Orleans (the “City”) and The University of New Orleans, relative to the restoration of the City's infrastructure damaged as a result of Hurricane Katrina, including roads, the storm water drainage system, water distribution lines, sanitary sewer collection lines, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant curb ramps, all in furtherance of the Joint Infrastructure Recovery Request (JIRR) Program, to modify the provisions thereof, as more fully set forth in the Amendment No. 6 Exhibit “A” and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
