An Ordinance to grant a non-exclusive wireless franchise to SQF, LLC dba VERTA to construct, maintain, operate, and authorize new wireless facilities on and under the public rights-of-way within the corporate limits of the City of New Orleans, with locations subject to the approval of the Grantor, to provide for annual payments, and the furnishing of a surety bond; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
