Brief:
An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 30531 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2026”, to appropriate funds to the Office of Community Development for the Right to Counsel program to provide legal counsel to residential tenants facing eviction proceedings within the City of New Orleans and to provide housing-related advocacy for tenants in New Orleans; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
