Brief:
Resolution authorized under Act 212 of the 2023 Regular Legislative Session, the Council after consideration of the recommendation of the Mayor’s Office of Economic Development, hereby approves a PILOT term sheet agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B for the property located at 1000 S Peters Street, 1040 S Peters Street, and 1001 Convention Center Boulevard, as further described in Exhibit A for construction of the Headquarter Hotel.
