Brief:
An Ordinance to authorize the Mayor of the City of New Orleans to enter into an Amendment to the Subrecipient Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) and State of Louisiana Office of Juvenile Justice to continue to implement the “Juvenile Electronic Monitoring Program,” and to extend the Subrecipient Agreement’s term for one (1) year and twelve (12) days as more fully set forth in the form as Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
