Brief:
An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 30531 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2026”, to transfer funds from Personal Services to Other Operating within the Health Department to provide funding for New Orleans EMS voluntary Intergovernmental Transfer (IGT) to the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) under the enhanced Medicaid reimbursement program; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
