Brief:
An Ordinance to approve and authorize the Mayor of the City of New Orleans ("City"), acting by and through the New Orleans Aviation Board ("NOAB"), to enter into lease agreements with Alaska Airlines which is operating at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (the "Airport"), under circumstances in which a solicitation and selection process is not required by law; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
