Brief:
Directing the City Planning Commission to conduct a public hearing to consider a text amendment to Ordinance No. M.C.S. 4264, amended by Ordinance No. 26, 413 M.C.S., as amended, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of New Orleans, to amend Article 18.20.A to change the boundaries by exempting the areas from the intersection of Magazine Street and Washington Avenue to the intersection of Magazine Street and Napoleon Avenue and to make recommendations for any other amendments deemed necessary.
