Requesting an Amendment to the text of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to add “reception facility” as a Conditional Use in the HM-MU Historic Marigny/Treme/Bywater Mixed-Use District subject to the use standards in Section 20.3.WW and as defined in Article 26. The proposed text amendment would affect properties located in HM-MU Historic Marigny/Treme/Bywater Mixed-Use Districts citywide. The recommendation of the City Planning Commission being “FOR APPROVAL”.
