Brief:
Directing the City Planning Commission to conduct a public hearing to consider amendments to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No. 4,264 M.C.S., as amended by Ordinance No. 26,413 M.C.S. and subsequent amendments) to change Adult Live Performance Venues from a permitted use to a conditional or prohibited use in the VCE Vieux Carré Entertainment District and to consider adding a new subsection to Article 25, Section 25.3.
