Title: MOTION - NO. M-26-295 - BY: COUNCILMEMBER MORRELL Brief: Requesting and authorizing the President of the Council (a) to execute a sixth amendment to the professional services agreement between the City Council of New Orleans and Barrasso Usdin Kupperman Freeman & Sarver, L.L.C. (K-26-505), extending the term for one year and increasing the maximum compensation payable under the agreement by $65,000 and (b) to execute a third amendment to the professional services agreement between the City Council of New Orleans and Barrasso Usdin Kupperman Freeman & Sarver, L.L.C. (K-26-461), extending the term for one year and increasing the maximum compensation payable under the agreement by $275,000. In addition to the foregoing, any amendment authorized herein may contain such other provisions as may be necessary or desirable to accomplish the purposes of this Motion and to ensure the continuity of services. Brief:

Requesting and authorizing the President of the Council (a) to execute a sixth amendment to the professional services agreement between the City Council of New Orleans and Barrasso Usdin Kupperman Freeman & Sarver, L.L.C. (K-26-505), extending the term for one year and increasing the maximum compensation payable under the agreement by $65,000 and (b) to execute a third amendment to the professional services agreement between the City Council of New Orleans and Barrasso Usdin Kupperman Freeman & Sarver, L.L.C. (K-26-461), extending the term for one year and increasing the maximum compensation payable under the agreement by $275,000.
