Brief:
Directing City Planning Commission to conduct a public hearing to consider a text amendment to Ordinance No. M.C.S. 4264, amended by Ordinance No. 26,413 M.C.S., as amended, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of New Orleans, to amend Article 5 to allow the inclusion of new structures as part of the adaptive reuse of an existing industrial, commercial, or institutional structure within a planned development, and to make recommendations for any other amendments deemed necessary.
