Title: LEGISLATIVE GROUPING - a. ZONING DOCKET NO. 62/25 - CITY COUNCIL MOTION NO. M-25-534 Brief: Requesting an Amendment to Article 20, Section 20.3.SSS of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to codify the eligibility of for-sale small multi-family affordable (SMFA) developments as part of this use, to allow SMFA developments to be occupied by multiple owners on one lot of record, to set affordability requirements for for-sale SMFA developments, to amend the definition for “Dwelling, Small Multi-Family Affordable” in Article 26.6 accordingly, and to amend any other section of the CZO required to accomplish these changes. This includes but is not limited to use tables, bulk and yard standards, parking requirements, and on-site development standards. The proposed text amendment would affect regulations that are applied to all zoning districts. The recommendation of the City Planning Commission being "FOR MODIFIED APPROVAL".
