Brief:
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of New Orleans to enter into a Grant Agreement
between the City of New Orleans (the “City”), United States Department of Transportation (“USDOT”), and Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (“LADOTD”), for a term greater than one year, for the public purpose of designing Phase 2 of the Claiborne Corridor Cultural Innovation District in the City of New Orleans, as more fully detailed in the Grant Agreement Exhibit “A”; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
