Submitting a report regarding an appeal of the New Orleans Historic District Landmarks Commission’s (HDLC) decision to approve the retention of the installation of inappropriate windows and trim with proviso that windows be recess mounted and full screens added, and deny the retention of Hardie trim at a Non-Contributing rated, single-family, two-story, residential building in deviation of a Certificate of Appropriateness of the property located at 1507 Esplanade Avenue.
