Brief:
Directing the City Planning Commission to conduct a public hearing to consider a text amendment to Ordinance No. M.C.S. 4264, amended by Ordinance No. 26,413 M.C.S., as amended, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of New Orleans, to amend Article 24.14.B.2d to exempt the existing billboard located at 100 Poydras Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70130 and to make recommendations for any other amendments deemed necessary.
