Brief:
An Ordinance to authorize the Mayor of the City of New Orleans to enter into an Amendment to the Subrecipient Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice Coordination and National Assessment Center Association to continue implementation of the “New Orleans Youth Assessment Center (NOYAC) Technical Assistance Project,” and to extend the Subrecipient Agreement’s term for one (1) year and five (5) days as more fully set forth in the form as Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
