Title: MOTION (LYING OVER) - NO. M-25-551 - BY: COUNCILMEMBER HARRIS Brief: Requesting that the budget and implementation plan be resubmitted with the following modifications to the Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee for its concurrence or rejection and alteration or modification: 1. Reducing the funding proposed for Small Multifamily Construction Subsidy from $6,350,863 to $2,350,863; 2. Increasing the funding proposed for Owner Occupied Roof Rehab from $2,054,691 to 4,054,691; 3. Increasing the funding proposed for Small Rental Rehab from $1,867,901 to $3,867,901; 4. Amending the scope of the Owner Occupied Roof Rehab program to allow forgivable loans for other types of repairs, including but not limited to necessary structural repairs, code violation remediation, and resilience retrofitting directed toward reducing insurance premiums. Brief:
