An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 30531 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2026”, to transfer Other Operating funds from the Clerk of Criminal District Court to the Clerk of Court for Orleans Parish in accordance with recent State legislation consolidating the two offices; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
