Brief:
An amendment to Cal. No. 35,495 to replace the per-float Carnival Gap Adjustment for Parades Fee (“GAP Fee”) with a tiered fee based on pull units as with the existing parade permit tiers; to establish that the GAP Fee applies to the 2027 through 2031 carnival parade seasons only; and to make conforming changes.
