Brief:
Honoring Lt. Gen. Honoré for his extraordinary legacy of leadership, particularly during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina when he brought order, reassurance, and national focus to our city’s recovery. For many New Orleanians, he became a symbol of decisive action and calm in the midst of crisis. His continued advocacy for Louisiana through his environmental justice work with the GreenARMY shows that his service to the people never ended.
